- Payment Information: Processed immediately via our secure gateway (Stripe). We do not store raw credit card numbers on Haitel servers.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and session duration to improve our agentic caching and infrastructure.
2. How We Use and Share Your Information
Your data is never sold to marketing agencies. We only share your data with necessary third parties to execute the contract of your booking:
- Travel Suppliers: Your name and contact details are securely transmitted to the B2B wholesaler and the final Hotel destination to secure your room.
- Payment Processors: Stripe Inc. to authorize charges and handle fraud mechanics.
- AI Infrastructure: Anonymized search queries may be processed by LLM infrastructures to power our natural language search engine.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use standard cookies to maintain your login session and store your search preferences. Non-essential tracking cookies (e.g., analytics) can be opted out of via our global Cookie Consent banner.
4. Data Retention & Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
We retain booking data as required by international tax laws (typically 3-7 years). You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or request account deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") at any time by contacting our support team, provided the data is not tied to an active or legally mandated historical ledger.
