Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Haitel platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Haitel acts as a technology intermediary connecting travelers with third-party travel suppliers via integrated APIs.
2. Booking Operations & Liability
Haitel aggregates inventory from global wholesalers. When you make a booking, the resulting contract is directly between you and the travel service provider (the Hotel). We are not liable for the ultimate performance of the travel supplier, including but not limited to overbooking, property condition discrepancies, or failure to provide promised amenities.
3. Cancellations, Modifications, & Refunds
Cancellation policies are dictated entirely by the respective hotel or wholesaler at the time of booking. "Non-Refundable" rates cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including force majeure, once the transaction is finalized. For "Refundable" rates, cancellations must be processed through the Haitel dashboard prior to the penalty deadline displayed on your booking voucher.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices displayed are inclusive of known taxes and supplier fees unless stated otherwise. However, certain jurisdictions legally require hotels to collect local "Resort Fees" or "City Taxes" directly from the guest at check-in. Haitel is not responsible for these localized, at-desk charges. We use Stripe Inc. to process all financial transactions securely.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes. You must provide authentic, primary-passenger information (matching government-issued ID) during checkout. Using aliases or fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate reservation cancellation without a refund.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of your use of Haitel shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the operating jurisdiction of the platform, rather than in court.
